News Page

Yeah. Decided to change the News page some due to the newer vector style of the comic. I will tweak it every now and then, but I mainly wanted to get a universal look across multi-browsers, which I did for Firefox, IE, and Safari. If you use something besides one of those three, please tell me if anything messes up. Thanks. :^D
